Sarah Flinn

Sarah is a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor guiding and teaching students of all levels. Originally a full-time artist for almost 20 years, Sarah discovered Pilates and quickly immersed herself in the practice, earning her 500-hour comprehensive certification. She continues her education through Classical and Contemporary workshops, ensuring her students receive the most effective instruction. With her artistic eye and deep understanding of movement, Sarah creates a dynamic and inspiring class experience that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and connected.
